Data Protection: the information you provide here will not be shared with anyone else. If you book a service with me (shiatsu massage, online coaching or my Building Resilience programme) I will store your personal information for 7 years to comply with my insurance policy.

I will store your shiatsu health questionnaire and booking forms in a secure file in my home office in Bristol. If you subscribe to my mailing list, Active Campaign will store your name and email address on their secure server. You will be able to unsubscribe or edit your details every time you receive an email from me.

If you download my free PDF on Resourcing, you will receive an automated email reply with the link to download my PDF with an invitation to subscribe to my mailing list, followed by one follow-up email. 

If you join my mailing list, I will send you occasional emails (about 1 email per month, rarely more) to share great tips to support you and information on courses or special offers. You can always unsubscribe or edit your contact details by scrolling to the end of the email.
